JDLove Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

To use JDLove and participate in any games, sports betting, or promotions on the platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine Republic Act No. 9287 and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active JDLove account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether using the same personal details, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functioning email address. JDLove reserves the right to request supporting documents (such as a government-issued ID) to verify the information provided at any time.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JDLove login credentials.
• You must notify JDLove support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your JDLove account to another person.

JDLove reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Discovery that the account holder is a minor.

Players may also close their own JDLove account at any time by contacting support. Any verified remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

If an account is closed due to a violation, JDLove reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and, in cases of fraud, to withhold the entire balance pending investigation.

JDLove shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of funds arising from the player's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security.

• Delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from the player's gambling decisions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
